If the indoor temperature is maintained above the ambient air temperature, the external envelope of the premises generates a heat flow that is directed from the premises to the outside. In this case, the temperature of the inner surfaces of the enclosure will always be lower than the temperature of the air inside the room, as heat flow is only possible from a heated environment to a less heated environment.
In order to maintain the desired temperature inside the room, a certain heat flow from the heating system is required.

To meet these standards and requirements, polluted air must be removed from industrial, public and residential premises and fresh air must be introduced from the atmosphere.
Natural ventilation of the premises occurs due to the exchange of air through windows, doors and special ventilation openings in the external envelope of the building. The intensity of natural ventilation can reach three times an hour. With natural ventilation, air exchange occurs unevenly in different parts of the room, as fresh air mixes with polluted air in a disorganised manner. With natural ventilation, the air is not preheated; during the heating season, it is heated by the room heating system.
Forced ventilation is more efficient than natural ventilation. It provides any given intensity of air exchange, allows you to evenly ventilate all parts of the room and avoid uneconomical mixing of fresh air with polluted air. The contaminated air is removed from the room by special exhaust ventilation systems and replaced with fresh air supplied by the supply ventilation system. At the same time, the heat of the exhausted air can be used to heat the fresh air in a special heat exchanger.
