Ashghal has installed an integrated cooling and air conditioning system for the walking and running tracks throughout the park, maintaining temperatures between 26°C and 28°C. Ashghal has introduced this innovative cooling and air conditioning system, which reduces operating costs by more than 50%, and is currently working on a patent in this regard. Ashghal’s engineers were able to design and implement a cost-effective, safe and environmentally friendly solar cooling and air conditioning system because the ducts are designed to automatically reduce the temperature. Structures are installed to provide air circulation from the air conditioners, with solar panel coverings that serve as a cover along the corridor and generate electricity, and provide plant fencing at appropriate heights along the corridors, in addition to fast-planting climbing veins growing on all sides of the paths.
